In this course, we will refine our striking techniques by combining them into unique sequences to build muscle memory and precision. We will master the positions and jumps essential for executing our five fundamental kicks. Additionally, we will develop self-defense skills to counter a lapel grab and effectively control an opponent. Students will also learn the fundamentals of sparring and how to apply JB basics in a structured sequence, enhancing both technique and strategy.
